Sam the owner has horrible customer service skills. His estimates are bs, after he strips your car down he tells you there's more things to fix, he loses his temper if you ask him too many questions however at first he sounds good until after he strips youre car down, you ask for updates he'll tell you he's working on it everytime you call. i had my bmw m3 there for a little bit over a month. the paint job sucked ass, the fitment was off and he says he gets all "origingal" part, they even missed buffing a few spots and when I tell him on the day of pick up he says hes going to fix it, after a week i go back to pick up the car he says its the best he can do.... still missed a few buffs and fitment is still off....
